What we offer

Specifications

The Audi 2.5L DAZA Engine is a 2.5-liter turbocharged 5-cylinder engine delivers upto 400 hp and 480 Nm of torque. It delivers strong power across a wide range, so the car feels quick and responsive.  It has a smart fuel system that uses both direct and port injection, which helps keep the engine cleaner and improves performance. The engine also runs with high turbo pressure, giving it extra power when needed.

Built with lightweight aluminum and strong forged parts, this engine is both durable and reliable. With upgrades, it can easily handle 600–700+ hp. making it popular for tuning. Another highlight is its unique 5-cylinder sound, which is louder and more aggressive because it doesn’t use a gasoline particulate filter. Overall, it’s known for strong performance, reliability, and a distinctive exhaust note.

Engine Variants

DAZA (2017–2018)

DAZA variant is a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline 5-cylinder petrol engine producing up to 400 hp and 480 Nm of torque. It features a dual-injection system (direct + port injection) for improved combustion efficiency and reduced carbon buildup. This version does not include an Otto Particulate Filter (OPF), allowing for a freer-flowing exhaust, sharper throttle response, and a louder, more aggressive 5-cylinder sound. Built with lightweight aluminum construction and forged internal components, it is highly durable and widely regarded as the most tuner-friendly variant, capable of handling 600–700+ hp with modifications. It delivers quicker acceleration, with 0–62 mph times around 3.8 seconds.

DNWA (2019–2020)

The DNWA variant retains the same 2.5L turbocharged inline-5 configuration with similar peak output figures (around 400 hp and 480 Nm) but introduces an Otto Particulate Filter (OPF) to comply with stricter WLTP emissions regulations. The addition of the OPF results in a quieter exhaust note and slightly reduced responsiveness. It also features revised camshaft profiles and updated gearbox mechatronics for improved efficiency and emissions control. While still strong in performance, acceleration is marginally slower, with 0–62 mph times around 4.1 seconds.

DNWC

The DNWC is a later evolution of the 2.5L turbocharged inline-5 engine and continues with the inclusion of the Otto Particulate Filter (OPF). It maintains similar power output figures to the DNWA but is further optimized for emissions compliance and refinement. The engine delivers smooth and consistent performance, though with slightly muted exhaust acoustics due to the OPF. Internally, it shares much of the same architecture, including aluminum construction and strong components, ensuring durability.

CZGB (Pre-2016)

The CZGB is a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline 5-cylinder engine used in pre-facelift 8V Audi RS3 models, serving as the predecessor to the later DAZA unit. It produces around 367 hp and 465 Nm of torque and is built with a cast-iron engine block, making it heavier but extremely robust. Compared to the newer aluminum-block DAZA, the CZGB is approximately 26 kg heavier, which slightly impacts weight distribution and efficiency. It uses direct fuel injection and a turbocharged setup to deliver strong mid-range performance, though it lacks the dual-injection system found in later engines. Despite its older design, the CZGB is well-regarded for its durability and solid tuning potential, though it is generally less advanced and less efficient than its successors.
